Rich brings over 25 years of coaching experience, leading and assisting various ice hockey teams and programs across different age groups, and competitive levels. His coaching journey began in Okinawa, Japan, and has since spanned high school, varsity, and elite youth teams in the U.S.

• Honored as “Badger of the Year” in 2017, for his dedication to the sport of hockey.
• Helped lead the U14AAA Pens Elite Girls team to the MidAM District Championship and National Finalist position in 2022.
• Coached U18AA Beaver Badgers to many season and playoff championships.
